The works that can be performer with the help of hydraulic tools

Hydraulic tools offered by ERKO are products that can be used for crimping, cutting, punching and busbar processing. They are made with utmost care and the guarantee comfortable work. Hydraulic tools for crimping

Hydraulic tools for crimping, so called  presses are designed for installation works of average and high intensity. Using them you can crimp the cable terminals and cable connectors on wires  with big cross-sections. They also have greater clamping force than manual crimping tools. An example of such a tool is  HR 100-U for ring terminals and connectors to 120 mm2, cable end-sleeves to  120 mm2, tubular terminals and connectors to  120 mm2 and for round forming of  Al sector conductors up to 120 mm2.

An interesting example is also hydraulkic head    GU 625, which is for crimping tubular copper and aluminum terminals and connectors on wires with the cross-section  from 300 do 625 mm2.

Hydraulic tools for cutting

The cables can be cut with the help of cable shears or hydraulic heads for cutting. GC 50 is a hydraulic head able to cut cables with the outer  diameter up to 50 mm. It can also be used for steel reinforced wires, but the outer diameter in this case is no more than 30 mm. GC 100 cuts cables with the outer diameter up to  96 mm.

Hydraulic tools for busbar processing  

Busbar processing includes such works as: cutting, bending, offsetting of busbars or inserting nuts. In case of these works we can only have hydraulic tools or complex busbar processing stations.

Hydraulic tools for punching holes

In case of punching holes we can also talk about hydraulic tools for example a battery powered hole punching tool WHE 80 or  WHP 1. When you apply the right punches in case of both these tool  (WO, WON, WK,WP) you can cut round, square and rectangular holes. WHE 80 is better for poor access places thanks to the use of rotatable head.
