Winding enameled wires and Cu and Al wires without insulation
With this kind of wires we can use the connectors and cable terminals offered in SHARK technology®. This technology means high quality and durability of the connection, but also the economy, versatility and simplicity in operation. It is based on the fact that the connector’s blade penetrates the insulation and is inserted into the wire core and this way the connection is made. The connection is both electrical and mechanical. If you use SHARK® connectors the efficiency of your work increases, and you also take care of the environment by eliminating the soldering or firing enamel insulation. A huge advantage of this technology is versatility. With one connector you can connect wires of different cross-section, shape and material. Here are some examples of the connectors: RT 1, RT 2, RM 1, RM 2, R 01, R 1, R 2, RDO 1, RD 1 and RD 2. The crimping tools and battery powered presses recommended for crimping are: EGRT and EGRM and also hydraulic crimping heads GRT 1, GRT 1, GR 1 or GRD 1.
