ERKO hand presses are used to perform various kinds of crimping for a wide cross-section of wires. In our catalog you can find a wide selection of crimping tools. The wide selection of them makes it easy to find one that will suit your needs.
For the wire cross-section of 0,08 ÷ 16 mm2, it is necessary to use T 16S hand press . An additional advantage of this press is the hexagonal form of crimping and the movable centering insert for placing cable terminals with small diameter.
Also the T 10, T 22-6 and T 11-16 hand presses are recommended for the small wire cross-section. They are all equipped with ratcheting mechanism that enables easy crimping and the eccentric to regulate the clamping force.
The T 25-35 and T 50 hand presses have a wider wire cross-section. In case of the T 25-35 hand press it is 25 ÷ 35 mm2, and in case of T 50 hand press it is up to 50mm2. If you want to crimp terminals and connectors, spade terminals, pin terminals, tubular terminals and connectors use the A 22-2. hand press. It should not be used for cable end-sleeves and receptacles and tabs.
Choose one of our hand presses equipped with rotatable crimping dies. This group of tools includes PR 50 and PR 50D hand presses. In case of the PR 50 and PR 50D hand presses you can have US1 and US1-D crimping dies. In case of PR 120, PR 120D, PR 150 and PR 150D hand presses the crimping dies include: US2, US2-D, US3, US3-D.
