For bending Al and Cu busbars , and for punching holes, it is essential to use the HGD 125 bender-puncher . It is equipped with rulers for positioning the busbar when punching holes and electric bending angle sensor, which enables repeatable bending, these are additional advantages of this bending machine. The dimensions of round holes are 6,6 ÷ 21 mm, whereas oval punches can have the size of 8,5 ÷ 21 mm.
A device for cutting Al and Cu busbars is the HC 125 busbar cutter . It works with H 800 hydraulic pump and AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550 electric hydraulic units. Its weight and proper force (190 kN) makes it possible to cut without deformation and burr.
Discover the advantages of HSK 5010 bending machine for axial bending of busbars , which can also work with electric hydraulic units. Repeatable bending of busbars is possible thanks to the bending angle indicator with an electric sensor. It is also equipped with a spacer insert for rotatable handle for busbars with the thickness of up to 5 mm.
