SH 400 busbar processing station is used for bending, punching holes, offsetting Al. and Cu busbars. The width of the busbar ranges from 30 ÷ 125 mm, and its thickness ranges from 5 ÷ 12 mm. Its equipment includes:
– smoothly adjustable bending angle indicator,
– measuring rulers,
– additional port for hydraulic heads produced by ERKO
The height of the body can be adjusted according to client’s needs. You can place this station in the most suitable location. For SH 600, SH600 PLC and SH 400 stations you can additionally buy round and oval punches.
Find out more about SH 800PLC station, which is additionally equipped with LED touch screen programmed in few languages. It is also equipped with electronic, programmable bending angle sensor and measuring rulers enabling precise positioning with an accuracy of 0,1mm.
If you need to bend and cut the busbar use HG 200 busbar processing station with width range of cut busbar of 50 ÷ 180 mm and the width range of bent busbar of 50 ÷ 200 mm. It is also equipped with angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material. You can use four bending inserts with this device. Stable construction and low weight at the same time are definitely the advantages. In case of this device you can also buy a HG 205 cutting insert and HG 201 bending insert. The HG 201-G15 insert allows you to bend with the thickness rage of 8 ÷ 15 mm and the width range of 50 ÷ 200 mm. Another type of insert is HG 201-G8 which allows bending of busbars with the thickness of 5 ÷ 8 mm and the width of 50 ÷ 200 mm.
