The HGD 125 bender-puncher is designed not only for bending of Al busbars , but also for bending Cu busbars. Using this bender-puncher you can also punch holes. The width of the processed busbar ranges from 30 ÷ 125 mm, and its thickness ranges from 5 ÷ 10 mm, whereas the bending angle range is up to 90°. This bending machine is equipped with rulers for positioning when punching holes and electric sensor which enables repeatable bending.

The HC 125 busbar cutter is designed for cutting Al and Cu. It works with H800 hydraulic pump and AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550 electric hydraulic units. In order to perform axial bending of busbars you should use the HSK 5010 bending machine, which is additionally equipped with electric sensor that enables repeatable bending and a spacer insert for rotatable handle, for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm. Its weight is low – 42 kg.
HGP 5010 bending machine is use for lateral bending of Al. and Cu busbars. Its equipment includes :
– bending insert,
– set of rollers (two supporting rollers, stamp with punch clamp) for busbars of thickness 5 and 10 mm .
In addition, on client’s special request we can produce rollers for Al busbars. The force of this bending machine is 190 kN.
