SH_800PLC busbar processing station is a continuation of range of devices SH 400, 400EL, 400PLC. Proposed by the manufacturer, is the fourth-generation device for performing precise bending, cutting, punching and inserting nuts in the copper and aluminum rails in the range of 12x125mm, characterized by greater technological sophistication through the use of modern compact controller CP1H and 7 “operators panel of NB series OMRON brand and modernization of the hydraulic system. The new software developed and installed changes improved the quality of the operation.
Based on the intuitive environment software CX-One of Omron brand, in the station SH_800PLC completely new control algorithms were implemented increasing the precision of the equipment and work safety. An important feature of the driver used to have 4 high-speed encoder inputs (100kHz) and the speed of processing algorithms, which reduced the number of drivers being used from three to one.
Application of greater than the previous version of the touch panel with LED backlight, which is characterized by higher resolution, contrast and color range, which facilitates operator to operate the machine, so all the windows of processes are clear. Each of them is accompanied by a clear and unambiguous drawing showing the operation to be performed. In the SH_800PLC station the manufacturer resigned from the current standard approach of controlling the guillotine to cut the rail using the transferred footswitch. In the new version of the station it has been replaced by a button located on the back cover of the station. After you select on the touch panel function Guillotine simultaneously cutting machine activation happen and deactivation of the footswitch button being used by other operations.
Another improvement in the busbar processing station is adding to the guillotine the rail clamp. The pressure allows no adjustment to hold the rails of the thickness range from 5 to 12 mm and equipped it with a polyurethane connector that protects against scratches. Specialist valve control card in conjunction with the controller and appropriately written algorithm precisely control the process of bending the rails. The bending process is divided into three main stages: preliminary bending running at full capacity hydraulic unit, from springing rails and measurement and precise bend the rails, taking into account its elasticity.
