Crimping tools – ERKO presses and hydraulic heads are the tools that ensure durable and reliable crimping of the connectors on the wires. Hydraulic presses dedicated for an average intensity work, recommended by ERKO, it is primarily HR 100-U, HR300 and HRZ 300. The first of them is designed for terminals and connectors: ring terminals with and without insulation in the sections range from 10 to 120 mm2; cable end-sleeves without insulation and the insulation with the cross-sections from 25 to 185 mm2; tubular copper connectors on the cables and wires of the cross-section from 6 to 300 mm2; tubular aluminum on the cables and wires with cross-sections from 16 to 240 mm2 and for reformation in round shape sectorial aluminum wires with cross-sections from 16 to 240 mm2. The HR 100-U model, depending on the type of terminals, is intended for pressing on wires in the range of 6-120mm2. The above-described tools have a rotary head by 180 °. HR 300 hydraulic crimping tool is intended not only for crimping terminals but also for reformation in round shape aluminum wires with cross-sections from 16 to 240 mm2 and forming flat aluminum wires in the range of 25 to 120 mm2 and cutting holes in steel bednarce.
Crimping tools cooperating with hydraulic pump H 800 and hydraulic units AH 500 and AH 550, are the various types of heads. GZ 300 hydraulic head is used for ring terminals and connectors with or without isolation for sections ranges from 10 to 120 mm2; cable end-sleeves with or without insulation for the ranges from 25 to 185 mm2; tubular copper for the cables and wires in the range of from 6 to 300 mm2 and the tubular aluminum for the wire and cable of sections in the range from 16 to 240 mm2 and reformation in round shape of sectorial aluminum wires in the cross section from 16 to 240 mm2. It is used for intensive installation and mounting work.
Hydraulic head GU 120 and GU 300 are designed for intensive work. For crimping of tubular copper and aluminum terminals and connectors on wires with cross-sections from 300 to 625 mm2 is designed GU 625 head.
Hydraulic head GO 300 is used for an average intensity work. In addition, it is possible to form the flat aluminum wires of sections ranges from 25 to 120 mm2 and cut the holes in steel bednarce. Please also see an offer for Erko hand presses.
