Precise cutting and bending of busbars

HG 200 busbar bending station is designed for precise Al and Cu busbar bending and cutting. Bear in mind that :

– width range of cut busbar ranges from  50 ÷ 180 mm,

– width range of bent busbar  ranges from 50 ÷ 200 mm,

– thickness range of bent and cut ranges from  5 ÷ 15 mm.

Apart from that this station  is equipped with angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material. You can use four bending inserts with this station. What’s more an ergonomic worktop shape assures precise bending of long busbars. Stable construction and low weight at the  same time is a huge advantage .  HG 200 busbar bending station has  low demand for electricity, which makes the device very economical. There is a possibility  of adjusting the station for individual customer’s  needs if it was arranged earlier.  For this station you can additionally buy HG 205  cutting insert  and HG 201 bending insert.  The HG 201-G20 insert  allows the bending of the busbar with the thickness of  15 ÷ 20 mm and the width of  50 ÷ 150 mm. In  case of HG 201-G15 insert, the values are the following:

– busbar thickness- 8 ÷ 15 mm,

– busbar width- 50 ÷ 200mm.

HD 160  station   is  for busbar hole punching with cutting option and bending option. It is equipped with measuring rulers enabling precise positioning with the accuracy  of 0,1mm.   The process of punching holes is also possible in incomplete material.  HD 160 station  makes it possible to punch  oval holes  parallel or along processed busbar.  Guided roller are located  on both sides of the body.
