Their possibilities are big. They allows for precise cutting, bending, hole punching and offsetting of aluminum and copper busbars. Choose one of our busbar processing stations SH 400, which is design for busbar with width range 30 ÷ 125 mm, and thickness 5 ÷ 12 mm. Busbar bending angle is up to 90°.  You can make round and oval holes without burr. It is equipped with smoothly adjusted bending angle sensor and measuring rulers. Also very big advantage is port for ERKO hydraulic heads.

Each of the stations has special features that distinguish them from others, thanks to this cutting without burr is possible. Advantages of SH 800PLC busbar processing station include LED touch screen and electronic, programmable bending angle sensor. Did You know  that measuring rulers allows for precise positioning of 0,1 mm? Device allows for electronic lenght measurement of bent and punched busbar up to 0,5 or 1,2 m.
