Choosing busbar processing station, should pay attention on many aspects that affects on quality of cutting and hole punching.
While choosing busbar processing station, firstly pay attention on width and thickness of busbar and angle range. Most of ERKO stations is equipped with adjustable bending angle sensor and body height adjustment with 1 mm precision. Given above features have SH 300 and SH 400 stations. Force 150 kN which has SH 300 station, allows for more efficient busbar processing. In both stations there is possibility to purchase additional equipment.
Additional advantage of ERKO stations is ability to work with hydraulic units, which are ordered separately. This ability has SH 300 and SH 600 stations.

Busbar station SH 800 PLC is highly advanced station which allows for precise cutting, bending, hole punching, inserting nuts and offsetting of auminum and copper busbars. Busbar width range is 30 ÷ 125 mm, and thickness- 5 ÷ 12 mm. It is equipped with measuring rulers enabling precise positioning of 0,1 mm.
