New products among crimping tools
Press T 16S is made for crimping cable end-sleeves without insulation (TA) or with insulation (TE and TV) on wires with the cross-section from 0,08 to 16 mm2. The form of crimping is hexagonal. The work is easier thanks to the centring insert, which makes it possible to place the terminals with the small diameter more accurately. The grip is very comfortable. You do not need great force for crimping, because this tool is equipped with ratchet mechanism , which makes you do the job with minimum force.
Press PRJ 468 it is used with modular plugs RJ45, RJ12 and RJ11. It has a huge advantage, because it can be used for both flat and round cables. The two-component grip prevents hand sleeping and it makes the tool look good. The ratchet mechanism ensures pressure control.
Battery powered press EPZC 300 is a tools with a flip top head rotatable by 330°. It is used for crimping ring terminals and connectors of 10-120 mm2, cable end-sleeves of 25-185 mm2, tubular terminals Cu of 6-300 mm2 and Al of 16-240 mm2. It is also used for round forming of Al sector conductors of 16-240 mm2. It is also equipped with many useful functions , e.g. LED light indicating the proper crimping, automatic off switch ending operation cycle or the electronic record of operation cycle with data transfer via USB. It is also important that it has an efficient lithium-ion battery. The force of this tool is 50 kN.
