Standard equipment in busbar processing stations
In most cases the busbar processing stations are equipped with adjustable bending angle indicator with different resolution for example 5 degrees. However, the measurement does not include the elasticity of the busbar. Most of the stations are also equipped with a bumper with a scale, accuracy to 1 mm. These stations guarantee the burr free holes punching. They work with electric hydraulic drives produced by ERKO. Standard equipment may also include inserts for: bending, cutting, offsetting busbars and inserting nuts as well as for oval, round and rectangular hole punching.
The introduction of new solutions allows for much more precise and effective work . Some of the busbar processing stations can be distinguished by smoothly adjustable bending angle sensor, and SH 800 PLC busbar processing station has an electronic programmable bending angle indicator with 1 degree accuracy. Instead of the bumper with a scale or sometimes together with the bumper there are also measuring rulers used and in case of SH 800 PLC measuring rulers enable precise positioning to 0,1 mm. It is possible to perform a precise regulation of the head with the precision to 0,2 mm. More complex stations have an inbuilt reliable aggregate. An additional worktop can make the work much easier.
