Busbar processing can be done complex with the use of well-equipped stations. Cutting, bending, punching holes and many other activities can be performed with greater precision, thanks to innovative solutions. The busbar processing station can be compatible with the hydraulic units , like for example SH 300 or it can have its own built-in drive for example SH 800 PLC.
HG 200 busbar bending station is designed for bending and cutting of aluminum and copper busbars. When cutting, the busbar should not be wider than 50-180 mm and when bending, it should not exceed – 50 – 200 mm. A huge advantage is an angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material. Programming is fairly easy thanks to the easy in operation panel, that minimizes the time for programming of works to be done. An ergonomic shape, stable construction and efficient, compact electric hydraulic unit are only some advantages of this device.
A more complex station is SH 300, it is for cutting, hole punching, bending and offsetting Al and Cu busbars. The processed busbar should have the width from 30 to 125 mm and the thickness from 5 to 12 mm. A bending angle indicator makes it possible to bend with the accuracy of 5⁰, however the measurement does not include the elasticity of the busbar. Body height adjustment, a bumper with a scale with the accuracy of 1 mm and high quality of cutting and punching without burr are basic advantages of this device. It works with hydraulic units produced by ERKO for example AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550.
SH 600 will be used to perform the same works as in case of SH 300. This station is equipped with an electronic bending angle sensor and linear encoders. The height regulation of the body for performing holes allows the station to perform with the accuracy of 1 mm. Both oval and round holes punched in the busbar are without burr. It works with hydraulic units produced by ERKO.
SH 400 station is also equipped with variable bending angle sensor and linear encoders for measurement. The possibility of regulation of the body performing the holes allows it to perform with an accuracy of 1 mm. Punching holes and bending are done without burr.
SH 800 PLC
One of the most complex stations is SH 800 PLC. All the activities are programmed on a simple touch screen. The manufacturer equipped the station with an electronic bending angle sensor and linear encoders, enabling positioning with an accuracy to 0,1 mm. It guaranties the precise height adjustment of hole punching head with the accuracy to 0,2mm. The station makes bending angle correction complying busbar flexibility. The station is also fitted with an electronic measurement of the length of the cut, hole punched and bent rails. This station also guaranties the busbar offsetting repeatability. SH 800 PLC has a built-in efficient hydraulic drive.
