The GZ 300 hydraulic crimping head is used for crimping ring terminals and ring connectors ,cable-end-sleeves and tubular terminals and connectors . It can be also used for round forming Al sector conductors ( ZF dies) 16 ÷ 240 mm2. It is designed for electrical works of high intensity. It works with H800 hydraulic pump and AH100, AH500 and AH550 electric hydraulic units. In order to perform electrical works of high intensity it is also recommended to use GU120 hydraulic crimping head , which has the force of 80 kN, and the working pressure is 630 bar.
For electrical works of average intensity it is recommended to use the GO 300 hydraulic crimping head , which has the force of 98 kN. Select the proper crimping dies for presses and ERKO hydraulic heads. The GU 300 hydraulic crimping head GU 300 is also widely used , it can be used for flat forming Al sector conductors or for punching holes.
The GU 625 hydraulic head is designed for crimping Cu and Al tubular terminals and connectors on cable conductors. It is necessary to perform electrical works of high intensity.

For crimping ring terminal with and without insulation, spade terminals and receptacles and tabs, cable end-sleeves and tubular terminals the PP 8 pneumatic press with wire cross section of 0,5 ÷ 25 mm2 is used. Depending on the speed of the cycle the performance can vary. It is powered by compressed air of 0,6 ÷ 0,8 MPa.
