One of the most popular is bedner-puncher HGD 125. It is equipped with rulers for positioning when punchng holes and electric sensor (limit switch) which enables reapetable bending. With this tool you can:
– punching round holes 6,6 ÷ 21 mm,
– punching oval holes 8,5 ÷ 21 mm.
Works with hydraulic pump H 800 or hydraulic units AH100, AH500 and AH550. Another tool for axial bending is bending machine HSK 5010. Width range of busbar is 20 ÷ 50 mm, and thickness range – 3 ÷ 10 mm, bending angle range up to 90°. Its special feature includes adjustable busbar width bracket and electric sensor (limit switch) which enables reapetable bending. Spacer insert for rotatable handle is for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm.
Another type of bending machine is HGP 5010 for lateral bending of aluminum and copper busbars. It is equipped with set of rollers for busbars of thickness up to 5 and 10 mm. On request we can make rollers for aluminum busbars.
