ERKO company is a manufacturer of various types of cable terminals, cable connectors, and hydraulic tools, mechanical, pneumatic to electrical work: crimping tools, hole punching tools for making holes in sheet metal (eg. switchgears, desktops), cutting tools, busbar processing stations.
Using of mechanical crimping tool and pneumatic tools is recommended for crimping small section cable terminals and cable connectors. Using of hydraulic tools eg. hydraulic heads- for crimping bigger section cable terminals and cable connectors.
Hydraulic tools allows for termination or connecting cable with cross section from 6 to 625 mm2. For this group of tools ERKO company offers a wide range of crimping dies, as well as inserts for terminating without cable lugs sector wires. Group of hydraulic tools includes crimping tools based on head GO 300, series of GU heads and hydraulic tools designed like hydraulic head: HRZ 300, GZ 300. To supply hydraulic heads manufacturer proposes hydraulic units with two ranges of efficiency (0,65-1 25 l / min), AH 500 and AH 550 – using one or three-phase motors. To supply hydraulic heads for less intensive works, manufacturer recommended foot pump H800.
For special attention deserves hydraulic tools based on the hydraulic head with catch. Using of the catch for closing of the head facilitates placing dies and crimping cable lug on the wire. Unification of ERKO dies with tools enabling using them with heads of similar construction of the dies. There is possibility to use ERKO heads with dies of other manufacturers.
Hydraulic Hand presses HR100U, HR300, HRZ300 designed for electrical works of low and average intensity and in hard accessible pales. Special group of tools create heads for crimping SHARK connectors in enameled insulation.
Another group of hydraulic tools are heads GW and GW2 to hole punching in the steel sheet with a maximum thickness of 2mm at Rm cable glands, buttons, indicator lights, gauges) and square punches WK and universal punches WP. An alternative to the GW and GW2 heads are hydraulic heads for cutting WH100 and WHP1.
In ERKO offer are also hydraulic tools for cutting mounting rails: workshop version with hydraulic drive (hand pump), and portable cutters GLP or GL6. GL6 model enables cutting in six different profiles and punching mounting holes in the rails. The advantage of this tool is cuting without waste and burr.
Group of tools for different types of electrical work complements portable foot-operated sets for safety cable cutting when the voltage is impossible to determine: GC50-H800-E and GC100-H800-E.
