Hydraulic tools offered by ERKO allow us to cut holes of different size and shape for example: round, square or rectangular. Punching tools can be bought in sets or individually. All of these devices produced by ERKO are compatible with the hydraulic pump H 800 and aggregates AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550.
Forage WON, WK and WP
WON – it is a punch for cutting round holes in stainless steel sheet with thickness of 1,5 mm. It is produced in many different sizes starting from WON 12,7 to WON 60. The holes with the diameter 16,2 mm require the use of pin size M8, the diameter to 25,4 require the use of pin size M10, and above 25,4 – M16. WK hole punch is used for punching square holes in sheet metal of switchgears and desktops with the thickness to 3 mm. Typical sizes make it possible to punch the smallest hole with the dimension of 26,5 x26,5 mm and the nm biggest hole with the dimension of 92,7×92,7 mm. It is possible to order a punch in another sizes. Universal punch WP makes it possible to punch holes in metal sheet with the thickness to 3 mm and obtain a desired shape by repeatedly punching.
Hydraulic tools – examples of hole punching tools
An example of a hole punching tool is a hydraulic punching tool WHP 1. It works with punches : WO to 60,5 mm diameter, WON to 28,5 mm diameter, WK for square holes to 68,5×68,5 mm and WP. It has the force of 30 kN, with the working stroke of 15 mm. It is delivered with pins M10 and M16. This tool is very light and at the same time very comfortable. It is worth mentioning about heads for punching holes: GW and GW 2. They work with punches: WO up to 120 mm in diameter, WON to 60 mm and WK to 140 mm. They have the force of 83 kN with the working pressure of 630 bar.
