The HRZ 300 hydraulic press is a hand hydraulic press , designed for crimping of ring terminals and connectors , cable end-sleeves and tubular terminals and connectors. It is also used for round forming of Al sector conductors with ZF dies of 16 ÷ 240 mm2. This press was designed for electrical works of average intensity. The force of this tool is 66,6 kN.
Choose one of our crimping heads GZ 300, which can be used for crimping cable terminals and connectors:
– ring terminals without insulation ZA dies of 10 ÷ 120 mm2,
– ring terminals with insulation ZE dies of 10 ÷ 120 mm2,
– cable end-sleeves with and without insulation ZT dies of 25 ÷ 185 mm2,
– Cu tubular terminals and connectors on cable conductors ZS dies of 6 ÷ 300 mm2,
– Al tubular terminals and connectors on cable conductors ZS dies of 16 ÷ 240 mm2.
It is used for electrical works of high intensity and it works with H 800 hydraulic pump and AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550 electric hydraulic units.
The HR 300 hydraulic press is worth noticing ; It is used for crimping of ring terminals and connectors, cable end-sleeves and tubular terminals and connectors. It is also used for flat forming of Al sector conductors and for punching holes in steel band. This press is equipped with rotatable crimping head.
For electrical works of average intensity, it is recommended to use the GO 300 hydraulic crimping head. In case of this tool a head mounting handle is available on request.
