GZ 300 hydraulic crimping head is designed for crimping ring terminals ,cable end-sleeves, tubular terminals and for round forming of Al sector conductors. The wire cross-section is:
– in case of ring terminals without insulation- 10 ÷ 120 mm2
– in case of ring terminals with insulation- 10 ÷ 120 mm2
– in case of cable end-sleeves with and without insulation- 25 ÷ 185 mm2
– tubular terminals Cu on cable conductors – 6 ÷ 300 mm2
– tubular terminals Al. on cable conductors – 16 ÷ 240 mm2
Hydraulic crimping head is recommended for intensive installation works, it works with H 800 hydraulic pump and AH 100,AH 500 and AH 550electric hydraulic units . The working pressure in case of this device is 630 bar, and the force is 79,2 kN.
GU 120 hydraulic head is designed for crimping ring terminals and connectors with and without insulation , it can also be used to crimp cable end-sleeves, tubular terminals and connectors both Al and Cu. Crimping of copper and aluminum cable terminals and connectors is possible thanks to the use of USM crimping dies 6 ÷ 120 mm2 and 16 ÷ 120 mm2.
Medium intensive installation works cannot take place without GO 300hydraulic crimping head .It is designed for crimping ring terminals, cable end-sleeves and tubular terminals. Thanks to the OF dies it is possible to perform round forming of Al. sector conductors, and with the help of the OK dies you can punch holes in steel band. For our clients we can produce a head mounting handle on request.
Choose GU 625hydraulic crimping head, with the maximum outer diameter of the cable terminal or cable connector is Ø 52 mm. The force of this tool is 190 kN.
