Bending of the rails is possible, but requires stocking up with special tool called bending machines or stations, which in its broad application can also bend the rails.
There are two types of bending: axial and transverse. The axialtwisting of Aland Cubusbars is made possible by a bender HSK5010. Busbar width that can be bend is in the range of 20-50mm and a thickness of 3 to 10mm. Working pressure of the unit is 630 bars, and the twistingangle rangeis 0-90°. The device has repeatability oft he angle twist, by regulating the electrical anglesensor. HSK5010 is equipped witha spacerswivel bracketrailshaving a thicknessof 5 mm, and in adjustingthe width of thesupportrail. The benderis compatible with hydraulic units AH500 and AH550.
Bending rails is included to the tasks, which fulfill the stations for busbar processing SH 600 and SH 400. These stations allow bending of the rails with dimensions of 12×125 mm.
