In the offer of busbar processing devices you can find many stations that can be used for bending and cutting busbars. An example of such a station is HG 200 and HD 160.
HG 200 busbar processing station is designed for precise bending and cutting of Al. and Cu busbars. The width range of cut busbar is 50 ÷ 180 mm, and the width range of bent busbar is 50 ÷ 200 mm. When it comes to the thickness range of bent and cut busbar it is 5 ÷ 15 mm. The station is equipped with angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material. You can use four bending inserts with this station. This station is very easy in operation and the panel minimizes the time needed for programming of the device . Besides it does not require a lot of electricity which makes it very economical.
First bending insert – HG 201-G20 allows bending busbars with the thickness of 15 ÷ 20 mm and the width of 50 ÷ 150 mm. Another bending insert – HG 201-G15 allows bending busbars with the thickness of 8 ÷ 15 mm and the busbar width of 50 ÷ 200 mm. Special ergonomic worktop shape assuring precise bending of long busbars.
The HD 160 station has an undoubted advantage of taking the advantage of cutting and bending thanks to the additional equipment : HC 160 busbar cutter and HG 160 bender. The busbar width in case of this station ranges from 40 ÷ 160 mm, and its thickness is from 5 ÷ 13 mm. The length of the busbar cannot exceed 3 m. Measuring rulers enable precise positioning of busbar with an accuracy of 0,1mm. In case of this station the hole punching is possible also in incomplete material. Guided roller are located on both sides of the body .
