Busbar bendig station HG200 for precise aluminium and copper busbar bending with bending angle range 0-90° and width range from 50 to 200 mm and thickness range from 5 to 15 mm. Busbar processing station is equipped with angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material.
Ergonomic worktop shape, assuring precise and stable Bendig of long rails. Engraved ruler on worktop makes measuring of the bending line easier. Minimum linner dimension of bending in C profile in 70 mm.
Practical and usefull element is easy in operations panel chich Allowi for minimizing time for programming. HG200 is characterized by strong and stable construction and low weight same time. Very important is that HG200 station is efficient, has compact electric hydraulic unit, with low need for electricity what makes the device very economical and guarantee efficient work.
Busbar bending station works on pressure 630 bar and power 3 x 230V/400V; 1,5 kW. Havig in mind individual customers needs, there is possibility of adjusting the busbar processing station for special customer requirements by prior agreement.
