Busbar processing station HD 160, produced by ERKO company for busbar hole punching with cutting option using cutter HC160 and with bending option using bender HG160. In to the construction of busbar processing station, there were insert a few simple design solutions enabling precise positioning of processed busbars.
Side guides allows to freely slide rail along punches. Rail is attached to a measuring ruler by hand grips. Standing handle of the rail is also the zero point of the meter circut. The construction of the control system allows the user, if it’s necessary, to self reset circuit. Positioning in the second axis of punches is realized by movable punching body. Slide sleeves and trapezoidal screw are used to positioning. This construction eliminates problems with weight and length of the rail occurring while punching on the edges of the rail.
Reading the position of the body relative to the rail is carried by magnetic ruler. The position of the processing rail is dispaly on a rotary panel. You can choose the display menu languages: Polish, English, German and Russian. Stationary construction ensures a stable and precise work. As a result of using the relatively stiff leading punches , it is possible making holes in the part material. It is also possible to install in the hole punching system oval punches – parallel or along to the processing rail. To supply busbar processing station in hydraulic system was installed hydraulic unit ERKO production.
The manufacturer offers to the busbar processing station standard round punches HD 163: 8.5; 11; 13; 17; 21 mm and the oval punches type HD 164 on: 8,5-12mm; 17-21mm. There is also possibility to order non standard dimensions and shapes of punches coming within the outline a diameter of 21mm. The materials used to produce stamps and dies have been selected so as to provide them as the longest and trouble-free work. The manufacturer provides two versions of the busbar processing stations with various sizes of roll feeder length 2 or 3 m.
