A perfect example of such an equipment is a bender-puncher HGD 125, that is used for bending Al and Cu busbars and for punching holes. The busbar width may range from 30÷125 mm and its thickness is from 5÷10 mm. The bending angle ranges up to 90˚. With the help of this tool you can cut round and oval holes. It is also equipped with rulers for positioning when punching holes. Electric sensor enables repeatable bending. It works with hydraulic pump H800 and electric hydraulic units AH100, AH500 and AH550.
Cutter HC 125 is designed for cutting Al and Cu busbars with the width of 30÷125 mm and the thickness of 5÷12mm. The process of cutting is performed without deformation or burr. Bending machine HSK 5010 is essential for axial bending of Al and Cu busbars. Have you known that during the use of this machine the busbar width can range from 20÷50mm, and its thickness can be 3÷10mm? The distinctive features of this bending machine include for example electric sensor enabling repeatable bending, spacer insert for rotatable handle, for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm and the adjustable busbar width bracket.
Bending machine HGP 5010 is designed for lateral bending of Al and Cu busbars with the width of 20÷50 mm and the thickness of 5÷10mm. It is equipped with bending insert and a set of rollers for busbars with the thickness of 5 and 10 mm. It works with hydraulic pump H800 and electric hydraulic units AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550.
