The reducing KLR and KLS connectors have no insulation. They are used on wires with the cross-section from 16 mm2 to 300 mm2. In order to crimp this type of connectors the ERKO company recommends numerous crimping tools e.g. EPZC300, GO 300, GU120 orPR 50 manual hand press .
For crimping multi-strand copper wires the KLK cable connector with insulation or the KLB parallel connector without insulation can be used. The KLB connector is also used to connect parallel wires with different conductor cross sections.
In case of KLD tubular connector the wire cross-section ranges from 1,5 ÷ 2,5 to 50 mm2.
