Busbar processing can be fast, easy and accurate if the right tools are being used. Solutions developed by ERKO technologists enabled professional processing of the Al. and Cu. rails ERKO’s devices allows you cutting without sharp edges and burrs, precise bending, twisting or accurate punching.
Busbar processing equipment offered by ERKO can be single- or multi-functional.
Single-functional equipment for busbar processing:

Multi functional equipment for busbar processing:
In order to meet the needs of our customers ERKO company offers multifunction devices for the busbar processing stations.
Bending function of copper and aluminum rails without the use of intensive force and damage to the structure of the rail and reduce egg conductivity caused by improper selection of the bending radius is possible using bender-puncher HGD 125. The device also allows the cutting of holes of round and elliptical.
The station SH 600 thanks to its small size and low weight is used not only as a stationary device for bending and cutting holes of round and oval shapes but also is used for performed work in the field. The maximum size of the processed rail is 12x125mm. It is equipped with infinitely adjustable bending angle sensor (0 to 90 °), the ruler bar, adjust the height of the body to cut holes. It works with hydraulic units AH 500 and AH 550.
The station SH 400 is used for cutting, bending, punching, offsetting Al. and Cu rails and pressing nuts. It has been equipped with efficient hydraulic unit, and an additional hydraulic hose located in the station for connecting to other devices ERKO equipped with quick coupler PT.
The station SH 800 PLC is used to make precise bending, cutting, punching, offsetting and for pressing nuts in the Al. and Cu rails in the range of 12 x125mm. It is equipped with a 7-inch touch panel programmed in several languages. Application of the changes compared to the older version SH400 PLC in the software has made the station more intuitive. The program was added with support module allowing the operator to carry out proper processing of the rails. Introduced screens informing about the position of the incorrect use of instrumentation and possible reasons of the occurring problems and the expansion of the service module on statistics contributed to a better quality of work. The use of bumper rails, placed on the counter positions, ensure the implementation of perpendicular cuts. The device is equipped with a rail holder, which allows non-adjustable support rails in equipping it with polyurethane protects the tip of the rail in from her scratching ,. The introduction of downforce eliminated the need to base the rails before the next cut. SH 800 PLC hydraulic system station has a precise hydraulic oil flow regulator and necessary for the proper operation of equipment. Specialist valve control card in conjunction with the controller and appropriately written program controls precisely the process of bending the rails.
The novelty of busbar processing station is HG 200 designed for the precise bending of copper and aluminum rails with a width of 50-200 mm and a thickness of 5-15 mm. Easy to use color touch screen allows for quick programming of the device. The bending process takes into account the elasticity of the curved track allowing to perform precise and repetitive bending regardless of the dimensions of the rail and the material from which it is made. The bending pin standard stamp terminated allows bending radius R10 material. On Clients request ERKO can manufacture another radius of the bending.
Despite of its compact dimensions the device is equipped with a solid body responsible for bending the rails. The use of additional buckles bending pin of the machine provides high rigidity and precision of bending rails. To compensate for the mass of buckles and security against uncontrolled strike the gas springs system has been used. It is worth mentioning that the ergonomic design of the station allows you to make bends at a short distance from the edge of the rail with substantial total length of the rail. Bender is equipped with security systems that control the incorrect tooling, working without workpiece and protection against exceeding the maximum actuator stroke. By using in the device the tested equipment in other ERKO products solutions and materials the guarantee of a long and trouble-free operation has been obtained. The driver of the station has been equipped with the information about the required periodic maintenance of the device and set up with a module of “help” that includes information on how to operate the device. The use of compact hydraulic power supply significantly reduces operating costs related to the amount of hydraulic oil as well as electricity demand.
By prior arrangement with the Customer it is possible to perform bending rails for a range of widths up to 150mm, thickness up to 20 mm and bending radius R20.
