Hand presses are not the only crimping tools that you can find in our offer. Except for manual presses we have also hydraulic and pneumatic versions of presses. Hand press T 10-16V is an ideal tool for crimping double cable end-sleeves with insulation type TV. The scope of wire cross-sections is also diverse it can be 2×10mm2 and 2×16 mm2. It has some distinguishing features worth mentioning such as ratcheting mechanism that allows to perform crimping even with minimal force applied. It also has the eccentricity that regulates the clamping force.
If you are looking for hand press for cable end-sleeves with and without insulation type TA or TE, you should choose the hand press T 25-35. The range of wire cross-sections is quite large and it is 25÷35 mm2. Hand press T 50 is a very functional tool , because with the help of this crimping tool you can crimp wires with the cross-section up to 50mm2. It has an additional feature as well namely ratcheting mechanism that allows to perform crimping even with minimal force applied. The clamping force is regulated with the help of eccentricity.
Our crimping tools are designed not only to crimp cable end-sleeves, but also for crimping other terminals for example: ring terminals, spade terminals, pin and tubular terminals. A very good example of such tool is the hand press A 22-2. In addition to easy crimping and regulated clamping force there is also one more thing you should remember about, this tool is not suitable for cable end-sleeves, receptacles and tabs. Hand press A 11-6 is used for crimping ring terminals type KOA, spade terminals type KNA or pin terminals type KWA without insulation. What is more, it can be used for tubular connectors type KLA and tubular terminals type KCS 2,5÷6mm2. The wire cross-section ranges from 0,5÷6mm2.
