Bender- puncher HGD designed for bending Al and Cu busbars. It is also designed for punching holes. The width of the treated busbar ranges from 30 ÷ 100 mm, and its thickness ranges from 4 ÷ 10 mm. The force of the tool is 190 kN. This bending machine works with H 800 hydraulic pump and AH100, AH500, AH550 electric hydraulic units.

The bending machine for axial bending of busbars HSK 5010 is designed for bending both aluminum and copper busbars with the width of 20 ÷ 50 mm and the thickness of 3 ÷ 10 mm.
For lateral bending of Al and Cu busbars it is recommended to use the bending machine HGP 5010, with the help of this bending machine it is possible to work on the busbar with the width of 20-50 mm and the thickness of 5-10 mm. This bending machine is equipped with the set of rollers for copper busbars. The rollers for Al busbars can be produced on client’s request. It works with H 800 hydraulic pump and AH100, AH500, AH550 electric hydraulic units.
