An example of a digital meter is the UT 105 automotive meter, which is dedicated to measure AC/DC voltage DC current and resistance. It can be also used in vehicle diagnostics. It can be used to :

The UT 15C voltage tester is designed for measuring AC/ DC voltage, as well as phase rotation testing from 100 to 690V which is done for the frequency of 45-65Hz. The measurement of AC/DC voltage is accompanied by acoustic signaling. Apart from that it has the ability to detect polarization within the whole measurement range and it allows to measure the temperature in degrees Celsius from -40°C to +1000°C. The meter is also equipped with acoustic continuity testing. It is also used to measure temperature in degrees Celsius from -40°C to +1000°C.
If you need touchless detection of AC voltage use the UT 12A meter voltage detector .Its advantages no doubt include the function of detecting the cable under voltage, and acoustic continuity testing. The voltage range is between 90 – 1000VAC, and the frequency is 50/60Hz.
