HGD 125 Bender-puncher
Bender- puncher HGD 125 is an example of a bending machine with an additional function of hole punching. It is used for Al and Cu busbars. The maximum busbars dimensions are 10×125 mm, and the bending angle is up to 90°. You can make either round or oval holes, and thanks to the rulers for positioning it is easy to place the busbar in the right position. It works with electric hydraulic units produced by ERKO, and the force is 190 kN.
HSK 5010 Axial bender
The axial bending of busbars ,a propeller like type, is possible thanks to the HSK 5010 axial bender. It is possible to bend busbars with the width from 20-50 mm and the thickness from 3 to 10 mm. The bending angle is up to 90°. It is equipped with some useful elements for example: angle regulator, spacer insert for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm and an adjustable busbar width bracket.
HGP 5010 Lateral bender
Lateral bending of aluminum and copper busbars is possible thanks to the HGP 5010. It is possible to bend busbars with the width from 20-50 mm and thickness from 5 to 10 mm. This bending machine is equipped with a set of rollers and a bending insert
