Hand tools for crimping
Hand presses can be used for crimping of different types of terminals on the wires with wide range of cross-section. In most cases they have exchangeable dies, which increases their applicability. An example of such a tool is the universal hand press PR 33. With the help of this tool it is possible to crimp terminals with and without insulation with the cross-section from 0,5 to 6 mm2. It is also possible to crimp cable end-sleeves on wires with the cross-section from 0,5 to 35 mm2. This press is also equipped with the ratcheting mechanism. It enables high precision of pressing . Hand press A 22-2 is designed for crimping connectors and ring terminals without insulation type KOA, spade terminals type KNA, pin terminals KWA and for crimping of tubular connectors without insulation KLA. The form of crimping is a single indent.
Hydraulic tools for crimping
Hydraulic press HR 300 is designed for crimping of ring terminals, cable end-sleeves , tubular terminals Cu and Al, and for round forming of Al sector conductors, flat forming of Al sector conductor and punching holes in steel band.
