KLA tubular cable connector
KLA is made for the wire cross-section from 0,5 mm2 to 400 mm2. It is without insulation. For crimping smaller sizes the manufacturer recommends hand presses for example: PR33, A11-6, whereas for the cross-section over 10 mm2 it is recommended to use battery powered presses, hydraulic presses and hydraulic heads.
KLE cable connector
Cable connector KLE is an example of the tubular connectors with insulation. KLE is thermal resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. Tubular parts can have three colours depending on the size: red, blue and yellow. These cable connectors are made for the wire cross-section from 0,5 to 10 mm2.
CU reducing cable connector KLR, KLS
An interesting variety of connectors are the reducing connectors. They make it possible to connect wires with different cross-sections for example: the cross-section of 16 mm2 is reduced to 10 mm2, and 120 mm2 to 35,50,70 or 90 mm2. In this case it is necessary to use stronger crimping tools with great force for example: EPZC300, EPZ300, GZ300, HRZ300, PRZ240, GO300.
KLK cable connectors
Another cable connector with insulation and with high thermal resistance to temperatures is KLK. It is made for the wire cross-section from 0,5 to 2,5 mm2 and from 2,5 to 6 mm2. Smaller sizes have a blue tubular part and the bigger sizes have a yellow tubular part.
KLB parallel connector
KLB is used for parallel connection of two wires with different cross-sections. It is made for the conductor cross-sections from 0,5 to 120 mm2.
KLD cable connector
KLD is made for single-strand copper wires. The sizes are for the cross-sections from 1,5 to 50 mm2.
KLN cable connector
KLN is made according to DIN 46267 part .1. The conductor cross-section is from 6 mm2 to 625 mm2. The smallest size can be crimped with the help of such crimping tools as: PR33, A11-6, RA16, PR50-D, whereas the biggest size can be crimped with the use of GU625.
