Cable end-sleeve cable terminal is made of galvanically tinned copper and it is used for crimping multi-strand copper wires. It guarantees the safety and durability of the connection, due to reduced overheating of wires and insulation, which can be seen at the ends with soldered edges. Proper crimping must be done with the help of a crimping tool recommended by the manufacturer.
Cable end-sleeve TA
TA is produced without insulation according to DIN 46228 part .1. It is available in sizes that correspond to the conductor cross-section from 0,5 to 185 mm2. The smallest sizes can be crimped with the help of hand presses: PR33, T10, T3, TC6, T16, T16S and T22-6, whereas in order to crimp bigger sizes of terminals you may need such tools as: EPZC300, EPZ300, GZ300, HR300, PRZ240, GO300, HRZ300, GU120.

Cable end-sleeve TP
Cable end-sleeve TP is made with insulation and it is thermal resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. Its sizes meet the standards of DIN 46228 part .4. They are sold in strips of 40 pieces. The tubular part can be in five different colours: white, grey, red, black and blue. TA is produced for wires with the cross-section from 0,5 to 2,5 mm2. The crimping tools recommended by the manufacturer are: PR33, T10, T3, T16, T16S or ETA66.
TV – a double cable end-sleeve
In the assortment of our company you can also find a double cable end-sleeve TV with insulation. It is produced for the conductor cross-section from 2×0,5 mm2 to 2 x 16 mm2. Depending on the size you can crimp the TV cable end-sleeve with the help of for example: T10, T3, PP8, PP19 or T10-16V.
