The holes formed in the rails with maximum dimensions 10x125mm have no dangerous sharp edges and are perpendicular to the plane of the rail.
Bender for axial rails twisting Hsk 5010 is designed for axial bending (propeller) busbars in the range of 0-900. It may be used for twisting rails Al. and Cu of widths from 20-50mm and 3-10mm thickness. In standard the bender comes with adjustable bending angle sensor. The connection of the benders sensor with the control unit ensures the maintenance of repeatability of the specified angle of the rail being bent. Intuitive regulation controls allow you to easily adjust the tool to the work piece dimensions. Precise lateral bending of the copper and aluminum rails is possible thanks to lateral bending machine HGP5010. The device can be used for the precise bending of aluminum bars with the width of 20-50mm and the thickness of 5 and 10mm. Using a force equal to 196kN it is possible to obtain a bending angle of 900.
ERKO company offers a multifunctional devices for busbars processing allowing precise bending, cutting, or cutting holes. Stations for busbar processing allows work on the rails with max. 12-125mm dimensions. Depending on the equipment an offer includes several types of stations. All equipped with continuously variable bending angle sensor and linear encoders for measurement. The possibility of regulation of the body performing the holes allows it to perform with an accuracy of 1 mm and fine adjustment in the position of the head height SH 800 PLC up to 0.2mm. These and other features make that the holes cut do not cause deformation and damage. The stations cooperate with hydraulic units AH 500 and AH 550 and hydraulic heads, manufactured by ERKO.
The device that deserves particular attention is the most technologically advanced station for the busbar processing of type SH 800PLC. It is equipped with LED touch panel with tilt and swivel display housing, programmed in Polish, Russian, English, German and Czech languages. On request, it can also be programmed in other languages. Electronic bending angle sensor and linear encoders, enabling positioning with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, make this equipment reliable at every step. The station is also fitted with an electronic measurement of the length of the cut, hole punching and bending of the rails, allowing for easy control of the work being done.
