ERKO busbar processing, allows for precise bending and cutting of aluminum and copper busbars. Choose one of our stations.
HG 200 station allows for bending and cutting of a certain busbar width and thickness. Width range of cut busbas is from 50 ÷ 180 mm, and bent busbar – 50 ÷ 200 mm. Its special features include angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material. In this station you can use up to 4 bending inserts. Ergonomic worktop shape assuring precise bending of long busbars. Efficient, compact electric hydraulic unit, which is built-in HG 200 with low electricity consumption makes the device very economical. There is possibility of adjusting the station for individuual customers needs. To this station additionally you can buy inserts:
– cutting- HG 205,
– bending- HG 201.
Insert HG 201 available in 3 types:
– HG 201-G20- allows bending busbars of width range 15 ÷ 20 mm and thickness range
50 ÷ 150 mm,
– HG 201- G15- allows bending busbars of width range 8 ÷ 15 mm and thickness range
50 ÷ 200 mm,
– HG 201- G80- allows bending busbars of width range 5 ÷ 8 mm and thickness range
50 ÷ 200 mm.
For busbar hole punching with cutting option choose station HD 160. Measuring rulers enabling precise positioning of 0,1 mm. This station allows to make round and oval holes wthout burr, and cutting also without burr and deformation.
