Discover all advantages of the HSE 100 which is designed for hole punching, cutting and initial stripping for flexible busbars. Busbar width range is up to 30 ÷ 100 mm, and thickness 4 ÷ 10 mm. This statio has easy system of exchanging stamp and dies, enables cuttng accuracy due to installed rulers and centering module. Station HSE 100 works with hydraulic pump H 800 and hydraulic units AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550.
For bending aluminum and coper busbars use bender-puncher HGD 125. It is equipped with rulers for positioning when punching holes and electric sensor which is really big advantage.
Thanks to busbar cutter HC 125 you can cut busbars without deformation and burr.. ERKO benders can be used for bending but also for axial and lateral bending. The HSK 5010 ( for axial bending) is equipped in elecric sensor enabling reapateble bending.
Need a tool for lateral bending? Choose bender HGP 5010. It is equipped with bending insert and set of rollers for busbars of thickness 5 and 10 mm. On request we can make rollers for aluminum busbars.
Tools which are used for cutting mounting rails are manual and hydraulic cutters which you can find in ERKO offer. Hydraulic head GLP works with hydraulic pump H 800 and with hydraulic units AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550. Quick cutting without deformation and burr ensure mounting rail cutter GLR 6. Optional module for longitudinal and transverse oval hole punching. Standard version include two profiles.
