Busbar processing with the help of tools
A good example of such tools are bending machines, for example HGD 125, HSK 5010, HGP 5010. HGD 125 is designed not only for bending the busbars with the width from 30 to 125 mm and the thickness from 5 to 10 mm, but also for punching holes in busbars. The round holes can have the size of 6,6 to 21 mm, and the oval holes can have the size of 8,5 to 21 mm. HSK 5010 is meant for axial bending , propeller like, of busbars with the width from 20 to 50 mm and the thickness from 3 to 10 mm. An electric sensor enables repeatable bending. HGP 5010 is designed for lateral bending of busbars with the dimensions as in case of the HSK 5010 bending machine. It is equipped with set of rollers and the bending insert.
If you want to cut the busbar with the width from 30 to 125 mm and the thickness from 5 to 12 mm you can use the busbar cutter HC 125. The cutting is performed without deformation or burr.
