It is equipped with a bending machine that is essential for precise bending and cuttnig of Al and Cu busbars. The width range of the cut busbar is 50 ÷ 180 mm, and the width of bent busbar is 50 ÷ 200 mm. When it comes to the thickness of both cut and bent busbar it ranges from – 5 ÷ 15 mm. The distinctive features of this station include for example angle compensation system, consequent to flexibility of bent material. The operation panel is very simple , which minimizes the time for programming. It is also equipped with ergonomic worktop, its shape assures precise bending of long busbars, and stable construction and low weight at the same time are only same of the advantages. Thanks to the use of efficient, compact electric hydraulic unit, with low electricity consumption the device becomes very economical.

The busbar processing station HD 160 is for punching holes in busbars with an additional option of cutting and bending. The width of the busbar ranges from 40 ÷ 160 mm, and its thickness may be from 5 ÷ 13 mm. The maximum busbar length is 3m This station is equipped with measuring rulers enabling precise positioning with an accuracy of 0,1mm. The hole punching can be performed even in the incomplete material. The cutting is done without deformation or a burr. The roller guide is located on both sides of the body. The working pressure of this station is 630 bar. It is possible to buy additional equipment for this station and on request we can also produce punchers in different sizes.
