Simple bending machines can be replaced by more complex bending stations. An example of such a station is HG 200. Bending machines are very comfortable but the bending station has a larger scope of work.
Characteristics of HG200 bending station
The first difference between bending machines and bending station is the precision of work. Another important feature is the scope of work and in fact the size of rails that are bent. The stations allows you to bend the rail with the width of up to 200 mm. The thickness of the busbar that can be bend on the station is also higher it is even up to 15 mm.
This station is equipped with : angle compensation system that is consequent to flexibility of bent material ; easy in operation panel, minimizing time for programming of tasks; ergonomic worktop shape, stable construction and efficient, compact electric hydraulic unit.
For a more demanding client it is possible to adjust the station for individual customer’s needs.
