It is designed for aluminum and copper busbars, having a width of 20 to 50 mm, and the thickness range from 3 to 10 mm. The device has a twist angle range from 0 ° to 90 °. It has electric angle sensor, which enabling repeatability predetermined angle of the rail and a spacer insert to rotatable handle for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm. Another device for busbars processing is lateral bender HGP 5010. It is designed for busbars
with width up to 20 – 50 mm and a thickness of 5 to 10 mm. Precisely bend busbars in angle range of 0 ° to 90 °, with a pressing force of 190 kN. This product is provided with an bending insert and set of rollers for busbars having thickness of 5 and 10 mm. The set consists of two supporting rollers and stamp with punch clamp. On request, there is also possibility making rollers for aluminum busbars.
