Bender-puncher HGD 125
An example of the bending machine with the additional function of punching holes is the bender-puncher HGD 125. It is used with the copper and aluminium rails. The maximum busbar dimensions that can be bend are 10×125 mm, and the bending angle up to 90°. With the help of this machine you can punch round and oval holes, and because it is equipped with rulers for positioning when punching the holes it is very simple to do . It is compatible with hydraulic drives produced by ERKO, and its force is 190 kN.
HSK 5010 axial bender
Axial bending of AL and Cu busbar is also called “propeller” and it is possible thanks to the HSK 5010 device. It is possible to bend busbars with the width of 20-50 mm and the thickness from 3 to 10 mm. The bending angle is up to 90°. It is equipped with elements that make the installers work easier for example : angle regulator, spacer insert for rotatable handle, for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm and an adjustable busbar width bracket.
HGP 5010 lateral bender
Lateral bending of aluminium and copper busbars is possible with the help of HGP 5010 lateral bender. It can be used with the same size of busbars as the previuosly mentioned device : width 20-50 mm and thickness from 3 to 10 mm. It is equipped with bending insert and a set of rollers.
