In ERKO offer you can find three types of bending machines each of them with the highest quality. They are designed for bending Al. and Cu busbars. Select the bending machine that will meet all your requirements.
For bending Al busbars it is recommended to use the HGD 125 bender-puncher , it is also used for punching holes and bending Cu and Al busbars. You can punch round ( 6,6 ÷ 21 mm) and oval ( 8,5 ÷ 21 mm) holes. The width of the busbar ranges from 30 ÷ 125 mm, a the thickness of the busbar ranges from 5 ÷ 10 mm whereas the bending angle is up to 90°. This bending machine is equipped with rulers for positioning when punching holes and electric sensor, which enables repeatable bending. Bender-puncher works with hydraulic H 800 pump and AH 100, AH 500, AH 550 electric hydraulic units. Its weight is 42 kg, and its force is 190 kN.

Standard dimensions of oval hole punches– dimensions scheme
Choose the HSK 5010 bending machine for axial bending of busbars , for both Al. and Cu busbars. It is equipped with electric sensor that enables repeatable bending. It is also equipped with spacer insert for rotatable handle, for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm. It works with AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550 electric hydraulic units.
The HGP 5010 bending machine is used for lateral bending of busbars and it is equipped with bending insert. For busbars with the thickness of 5 and 10 mm you can buy a set of rollers.
