Bender-puncher HGD 125 has many advantages, for example rulers for positioning when punching holes and electric sensor (limit switch) which enables repetable bending. Busbar width range is 30 ÷ 125 mm, and busbar thickness range is- 5 ÷ 10 mm. Bending machines can works with hydraulic pump H 800, and hydraulic units AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550.

Busbar cutter HC 125 enables cutting aluminum and copper busbars without deformation or burr. In axial bending machines HSK 5010 there is electric sensor (limit switch) enabling reapetable bending and spacer insert for rotatable handle. This spacer insert is for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm. Also this bender includes adjustable busbar width bracket.
For lateral bending you can use lateral bending machines HGP 5010 which is equipped in bending insert. Also it as set of rollers for busbars of thickness 5 and 10 mm.
