One of that devices is bender- puncher HGD 125. This product is dedicated to busbar processing Al and Cu, bending aluminum and copper busbars, and hole punching. The maximum dimensions of the rails is 10 x 125 mm. Bender – puncher HGD 125 is equipped with rulers to adjust the position of the rail while punching and also equipped with an electric sensor (HGD105- limit switch) enables reapetable bending. Range of angles from 0 ° to 90 °. Round hole punching in the diameter range of 6.6 – 21 mm and the oval hole punching in sizes from 8.5 to 21 mm.
The device works with a hydraulic pump or unit H 800 AH 500 and AH 550,produced by ERKO. HGD 125 weighs 42 kg and has dimensions of 370 x 260 x 585 mm, force 190 kN at pressure of 630 bar.
