Perfect equipment for bending Al and Cu busbars is HGD 125 bender-puncher . The width of processed busbar ranges from 30 ÷ 125 mm, and its thickness is – 5 ÷ 10 mm. With help of this bending machine you can perform round ( 6,6 ÷ 21 mm) and oval ( 8,5 ÷ 21 mm) hole punching . This bending machine is additionally equipped with rulers for positioning the busbar when punching holes and electric sensor which enables repeatable bending.

Choose the HC 125 busbar cutter designed for cutting Cu and Al. busbars. The cutting is done without deformation or burr. It works with H800 hydraulic pump and AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550 electric hydraulic units, which is an additional advantage.
In order to perform axial bending of Al and Cu busbars we recommend HSK 5010 bending machine. It is equipped with spacer insert for rotatable handle, for busbars of thickness up to 5 mm. It is also equipped with electric sensor that enables repeatable bending. It also has an adjustable busbar width bracket and electric bending angle sensor, which enables repeatable bending.
Another type of bending machine is HGP 5010 bending machine for lateral bending of busbars which is equipped with bending insert. It works with H 800 hydraulic pump and AH 100, AH 500 and AH 550 electric hydraulic units .
