ERKO AERO delivers precision sheet metal components for aerospace engine programs — from prototype to serial production.
Our experienced team of engineers and technologists implements projects in strict alignment with customer specifications and aerospace industry standards. Supported by our in-house engineering, process development and tooling departments, we maintain full control over product development, process engineering and transition to serial production.
Operating under an AS9100-certified quality management system, we ensure controlled processes, full material traceability and documented inspection procedures. Our customer claim rate remains at only 0.028‰, confirming stable, repeatable and process-controlled serial production performance.
Every project is validated before production starts. We ensure feasibility, tooling concept and process stability from the very beginning.
We support the full lifecycle of your component. From initial samples to stable, repeatable serial manufacturing.
In-house tooling, forming and process development ensure consistency, quality and long-term production reliability.
Direct contact with engineering teams and fast technical feedback ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution.
We utilise advanced cold forming technology with mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 230 tonnes and working surfaces of 600 × 1000 mm. Tooling is designed based on comprehensive input data, including material thickness, mechanical properties and load conditions characteristic of demanding aerospace engine environments.
All tools are designed and manufactured in-house, including multi-stroke and blanking dies as well as measuring fixtures — engineered to support stable and repeatable serial production. Tooling validation prior to serial launch ensures dimensional stability and long-term process repeatability.
Our operations are governed by AS9100, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality and environmental standards. We also hold a government licence for military production issued by the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, confirming eligibility to support defence-related aerospace programs.
We cooperate with leading aerospace engine manufacturers, including GE Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney, supplying global aircraft programs from Boeing and Airbus. Our facilities manufacture precision sheet metal and machined components for commercial and military engine programs worldwide. Our components are used in engines from the GEnx generation, powering aircraft such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
